The Last Ten Days

Well the count down is over. The last ten days have been.. well..amazing, tiring, overwhelming, and humbling. Their are really no real words to express when a dream has been realized. So what do you do when the dream comes true? How do you react after you have scaled a mountain and you now have to come down?

You have to man up and pick another mountain. One that is bigger then the one you just climbed. We do that by strategically focusing on goal setting. In the midst of opening and dealing with training, revising our process and procedures, we have picked goals. Setting these marks will be our new mountain top. Then after we reach those goals, we have to do it all again. A business is either growing or declining. Pretty sure someone important said that.
