Well this last weekend was going to be some R&D but some friends needed some 'Que. Thanks Dave and Suzi, my first minor gig! Well things went well, the Turkey was awesome as usual, the pork was good but needs a little work, and the ribs best I have done. For me it is all about continuing the mission of making the best barbeque I can. That is the goal and the reason for the name because it should always be Righteous 'Que. See for your self.......
